**About You**

We are currently looking for a Assistant, Inventory and Pre-Inspection to assist with pre-purchase vehicle inspection, tally inspection reports of vehicle with C2B report, quality control & check for 0 major damages on inspected vehicles, check on remaining warranty & service of vehicles if available (vehicles aged 5 years below), to raise payment via Ding Talk (for buyout vehicles) and arrange vehicle to suppliers/CCL with logistics team.

**Your Day-to-Day**
- Technical inspect vehicles before collection and handover.
- To tabulate data of cars received and cars sent to relevant departments.
- Create transaction report for car purchasing and to input vehicle purchasing cost into Ding Talk system.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure car and key collection done.
**Your Know-How**
- Graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Operations or related fields.
- Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
