Oversee and manage all aspects of New Product Introduction (NPI), Engineering Changes, and Continuous Improvement initiatives to ensure seamless integration into operations.
- Lead a cross-functional Customer Focus Team (CFT) to deliver programs that meet customer expectations for Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Ensure all team members are aligned and collaborating effectively toward common goals.
- Coordinate product lifecycle activities, balancing account health, customer satisfaction, and program profitability across accounts of varying complexity.
- Organize and oversee activities across departments to fulfill commitments related to product development timelines, delivery schedules, quality standards, and critical business metrics.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and escalating issues as needed to resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular account reviews and lead CFT meetings to monitor program progress, ensuring project deliverables and timelines are met.
- Drive the CFT to implement productivity and quality improvements, consistently working to meet and exceed account KPIs.
- Perform any other tasks or projects as assigned by the Senior Manager of Program Management to support department goals.

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
