DEBUG AND VERIFY CNC PROGRAMS AND RESOLVE ISSUES BEFORE SENDING PROGRAMS TO THE SHOP FLOOR. FOR EACH PROGRAM DETERMINE REQUIRED NUMBER OF SETUPS, TOOLING, FIXTURING, SPEEDS AND FEEDS RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE VERIFICATION OF CLIENT’S DRAWINGS AND ISSUING DRAWINGS IN JOB CARDS TO PRODUCTION CENTER FOR MACHINING, INSPECTION OF MACHINING BEFORE AND AFTER HARDENING AT THEEND THE FINAL INSPECTION IS DONE. ASSIST ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT. HEAD ON ANY OTHER JOB RELATED ISSUSE. PLAN AND MONITOR THE PROJECTS UNTILL ALL THE MACHINING OPERATIONS ARE COMPLETED. MANAGE PROJECTS BASED ON CUSTOMER SPECIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS. UPDATE EXISTING PROGRAMS AS REQUIRED TO REFLECT DRAWING REVISIONS. POST CAM PROGRAMS. CREATE AND EDIT TOOLS AND HOLDERS USING TOOL LIBRARY. WORK CLOSELY WITH OTHER STAFF TO ACHIEVE COMPANY’S OBJECTIVES OF EFFICENT PRODUCTION AND GOOD QUALITY AT MINIMUM COST.
