**Responsibilities**:

- Lead programs as the primary interface between the company and customers, ensuring all customer feedback and requirements are addressed promptly.
- Manage and coordinate customer accounts and project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate efficiently and effectively with cross-functional teams within the organization to implement a successful lifecycle for each assigned program. This includes monitoring the financial status of each assigned program, conducting analyses on business efficiency, and maintaining the profitability of customer accounts.
- Review and drive continuous improvement in cost management and on-time delivery, ensuring all set goals and KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to address requirements and resolve issues.
- Oversee daily project operations, ensuring strict adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Monitor project milestones, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments to streamline workflows and minimize disruptions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project progress, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
- Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost customer satisfaction and ensure the success of projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry and program management.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of EMS manufacturing processes, project management methodologies, and supply chain workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and accountability.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to customer demands.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
