Miqos Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your baking skills and contribute to our commitment to providing exceptional products to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Baking Operations**:_
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and production schedules.
- Ensure all baked items are produced in compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to achieve desired results.
- **Recipe Development and Innovation**:_
- Assist in developing new recipes and improving existing ones to enhance product offerings.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal and specialty baked goods.
- **Quality Control**:_
- Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality before baking.
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to maintain consistency and taste.
- **Inventory Management**:_
- Manage inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh ingredients.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**:_
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and utensils.
- Follow proper cleaning and maintenance procedures for bakery equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef, preferably in a similar setting.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and principles.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Creative and detail-oriented approach to baking.
