Establish Equipment PM Schedule and ensure the proper execution of PM by maintenance technician
- Maintain optimum utilization of equipment and resources and constantly rewiew methods of OEE management to reduce machines downtime and increase equipment efficiency
- Participate actively in key projects such as cost reduction, yield improvement, CPK improvement, New machine qualification, Process optimization, Cycle time Improvement and New part evaluation/qualification, New Project (study process and learn before hand over to production)
- Design, Modify,Implement and test automated machine, programs, jig and fixture to required job specification in an efficent and cost-effective manner. Lead in-house automation project on layout, build, troubleshoot, repair, and modify developmental and production equipment.
- Developing the automation system and collaborating with supplier & contractors.
- New project implement, study, learn, run - to operata equipment / process
- Troubleshoot automated processes or equipment when error accur.
- Understand production equipment - air pipe, water, electric, piping, machine part, penumatic system, hydraulic system, diagram system
- Maintain good 5S and proper housekeeping within the production floor through the involvement of all team members.
- FIP (FORM IN PLACE GASKET) -run machine, test machine, leak test, checking CPK result, Test part, adjust position of nozzle and other regarding FIP process until complete

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
