**Job Purpose**:
As the middle person for the company management team with the branch. Accountability on branch sales and staff management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at retail stores. Prepare of Purchase Order to ensure the ordering are on time and healthy stock level.
- Responsible for leading retails employees to achieve retails store sales targets by mentor and motivate employees of retail stores to put in their best in order to achieve financial goals.
- Provide training to retail employees to develop their skills and enhance their job performance.
- Ensure branch operation compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide solutions that address performance issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and implement budget and plans for store operations.
- Monitor the product pricing using results of market with data support and demand analysis, update weekly to HOD on pricing that might need to adjust.
- Understand customer complaints to address and resolve their issues.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in Hardware field.
- Proficient in spoken & written English & Bahasa Melayu with good interpersonal skills. Ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Priority with good management skills (for people and retail operation). Good in planning, analytical, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Monday - Saturday 8:00am - 6:00pm

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
