As part of the CVS team, the Senior Operations Manager will be in charge of expansion activities and ongoing operational excellence in the Northern & Southern Areas of Peninsular Malaysia

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is interested in managing large teams and new business operations. As one of Ninja Van's new business units, the Ninjamart business is a ‘startup within a startup’. Leveraging off our existing core resources & knowledge.

Ninjamart is focused on disrupting the FMCG distribution business with logistics assets across the region. As our business scales to meet customer demand,The goal is to enable our business model to grow speedily and sustainably.
- Executing operational expansion involving multiple warehouses and fleet teams, route to market execution and local councils in regards to licensing and adherence to local requirements.
- Provide support, for the Operations and fulfillment Team in the day to day processors
- Creating reports, and overall business requirements in partnership with key stakeholders and functional leaders in the company such as Operations, Fulfillment, and Inventory.
- Monitor and maintain performance strategy and roadmap covering stages from concept to scaling.
- Manage timelines and communicate progress to executive teams.

**Education Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience. Must be willing to work on the ground and ‘get their hands dirty’
