- To compile, load and disseminate the Asia Pacific and Africa region weekly sales forecast report for Commercial teams.
- To generate and disseminate monthly management reports to the respective Stakeholder.
- To prepare presentation slides for Commercial meetings
- Assist with forecast and budgeting process. i.e data uploading, data retrieve, template creation, analysis of variance and etc.
- Develop and roll out new reports for commercial teams and Management
- Structure and develop sharepoint for Controlling department reports
- Assist Controlling department in projects and Ad hoc tasks
- Other related duties as assigned

Your expertise:

- Bachelor's degree in Maths, Business Studies, Economics or Accounting
- Excellent excel skills
- Visual basic is a plus
- Good command of English language
- Knowledge of BI system or other data analytics tool will be an advantage
