**JOB PURPOSE**:
**We are looking for an intern who will be assisting us in accounting work within the Finance Hub. In this role you will be exposed to the day to day job of an accountant and financial controller.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To provide end to end support to the Controllers e.g. planning, data gathering, presentation and preparations for Audit (as and when: external audit, tax audit, etc.).
- Develop organizational charts and other transaction flow diagrams (if required).
- Support process documentation and flows.
- To drive the Archiving project including planning, implementation, progress tracking and review with the local business.
- To coordinate with multiple stakeholders in identifying updates as required.
- To assist with other Financial Reporting activities as relevant and achieve month-end closing deliverables.
- Other ad hoc matters including Balance Sheet Reconciliations, assist in controls, etc.
**LEARNING OUTCOMES**:
You will be able to:

- Obtain high level overview of Close & Control processes, activity, quality control, and it’s relevant month - end closing deliverables.
- Support end to end finance controllership activities: planning, execution, evaluation, and archiving; which cover multidisciplinary skills: time management, finance, communications, and quality.

- University Undergraduate with Finance/Accounting background.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
- Excellent computer skills. Should be comfortable with MS office especially MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
