Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a full set of accounts, including cash flow analysis, budget and management accounting information.
  • Oversee daily accounting and finance operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operational and strategic needs.
  • Supervise, mentoring and provide support to Finance and Accounting team members
  • Preparation of financial reports, forecast and documentation within dateline.
  • Monthly, quarterly and reporting to HQ Accounting Group (accounting, costing and financing)
  • Review financial records, reports and reconciliations to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with internal/external parties, bankers, Company Secretary, external auditors, tax advisors and/or relevant government authorities
  • Stay updated with current Accounting Standards, Tax Laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations and financial best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, auditing, and taxation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented, independent, proactive, responsible, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
