We're looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our fun and fast-paced F&B team

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accounting/Finance or any related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word is required
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
  • Good command in English and or Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibility

  • Perform data entry of invoices, receipts, and other office documents into system.
  • Liaise with all outlet managers and internal departments to resolve account-related queries.
  • Prepare payment list based on due dates and credit terms.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding outstanding invoices, discrepancies, or payment status.
  • Review supplier statements; follow up on discrepancies and outstanding balances.
  • Process employee claims efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Handle filing and documentation of the company accurately and timely.
  • Assist in inventory management, including tracking, reporting, and analysis of stock levels.
  • Coordinate with outlet managers and vendors for office equipment monthly services and repairs.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc accounting-related duties as assigned by Accounts Manager & the management.
  • Assist Accounts Manager in the preparation of financial statements, budget and forecast.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
