Position : Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive

Working Location : Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor

Working Mode : Fully in office (Monday - Friday)

Tenure: Permanent

Job Description

  • Able to handle full set of accounts and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, P&L statements, and related reports.
  • Liaise with external parties, including auditors, company secretary, government agencies, etc.
  • Ensure all accounting records, transactions, and systems comply with company policies, accounting standards, statutory regulations, and tax requirements.
  • Handles day-to-day administrative and operational activities, as well as ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting or other relevant qualifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCount accounting systems (knowledge of additional accounting software is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, responsible, willing to learn and a proactive working attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
