We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals / tender, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Attend exhibitions (local or oversea)
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in sales, business development, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong drive may be considered).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking ability and relationship-building mindset.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
