**Position**: Internship - Homeschool Facilitator

**Summary of Position**

EQ Homeschool Development Center is Christian based resource center that provides assistance to home-schooled children with tailored programs for Grade 5-12, 12- 18 age, promoting learning and personal growth. We assist our students and parents to give direction, resources, and strategies to encourage optimal learning, spiritual support, and positive social/emotional development.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities and instruction.
- Support, prepare & develops lesson guides or materials for individual student goals
- Help in classroom management and student supervision.
- Collects and analyses assessment data for educational planning and interventions.
- Provide individual or small group instruction under the teacher’s guidance.
- Assist in grading assignments, exams, and providing constructive feedback to students.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and team meetings.
- Collaborate with teachers in implementing innovative teaching practices.
- Contribute to the positive learning environment for students.
- Completes compliance items accurately and on time (e.g., reports, logs, work samples)

**Qualifications**:

- Competent in English, Math and Science.
- Proficient in professional verbal and written communication English.
- Passion for teaching and working with young learners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, open-mindedness, and willingness to learn.

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday (8:00am-4:00pm)

**Job Type**:3-6 month Internship

**Location**:Georgetown, Penang Island.

**Education and Licenses**:

- Pursuing Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in education or related fields.
- Fresh Graduates are also welcomed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From RM300.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 per week
