**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist to produce taking-off quantity, costs estimate and built-up rate for all elements of work covering both Building and Civil Engineering works.
- Assist to produce costs analysis including providing all costs breakdown as required for Project Team in preparation for negotiation with suppliers and material procurement.
- Assist with the preparation of budget estimates, costs analysis and making recommendations for the award of all Sub-Contract Works.
- Assist to liaise with Sub-contractors/Consultants for the compilation of Sub-contract Documents. This includes the process of all Rate Rationalization (if applicable).
- Fully responsible for the contract administration covering all legal aspects such as ensuring the validity of Contractor’s All Risk insurance, Workmen Compensation insurance, CIDB Levy, Stamp Duty requirement (if applicable), SOCSO payment and Bank Guarantee/Performance Bond requirement (if applicable) throughout the entire project duration.
- Liaise and coordinate with the respective site personnel to compile all the written/verbal/photo evidence required to support all our claims made.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Qualification: Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or any relevant field.

2. Experience: 2-5 years of working experience in Quantity Survey or construction related fields would be added advantages.

3. Skills & competencies:
a) Strong planning and organizing skills with good time management.

b) Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

c) Ability to work under pressure without compromising the quality of work produced.

d) Familiar with construction methodologies, operations and processes.

e) Well versed both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

f) Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Site Quantity Surveyor: 5 years (preferred)
