Quantity Surveyor

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Overall work involve with the commercial, tender, contract matters related to Mechanical, Electrical, ICT and Medical Equipment.
- Assist Superior on preparation and compilation of tender documentation, procurement documentation, evaluation, claim assessment to stackholder and from subcontractors / vendor.
- To familiarise, understand the scope of work for Mechanical, Electrical, ICT and Medical Equipment system.
- Attend to meetings, tender interview, claim assessment and any other meetings instructed by the Superior.
- Check, evaluate and confirm work done progress which include approved material & equipment, supply quantity, inspection and as built drawings status for the purpose of progress claim payments.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants on work done, claims related to M&E, ICT and Medical Equipment.
- Responsible for cost collection and verification of variation works and make necessary recommendation of VO prices.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Qualification: Possesses at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or any relevant fields.

2. Experience: At least 3 years working experience in engineering or construction related fields would be added advantages.

3. Skills & competencies:
a) Strong engineering knowledge with excellent communication, time management and problem
- solving skills.

b) Ability to work with mínimal supervision

c) Well verse both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

d) Computer literacy in Microsoft & familiar with engineering related software - AutoCAD.
