Lokasi: HQ DOUBLE SS, Sungai Petani, Kedah
**Masa kerja: Isnin - Jumaat (9 pagi - 6 petang), Sabtu separuh hari bila perlu**
**2. Ciri Calon yang Dicari**Umur: 23 - 30 tahun (muda, energetic, cepat belajar)
**Jantina: Lelaki**
Kelayakan Akademik: Minimum Diploma (Pentadbiran Perniagaan / Pengurusan / Marketing / Komunikasi)
**Pengalaman**:Sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun dalam bidang Admin / Secretary / Marketing **Fresh graduate boleh dipertimbangkan jika rajin & tech-savvy**
**3. Kemahiran Wajib**Teknologi & Digital **Mahir guna Microsoft Office & Google Workspace (Word, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint)**
Faham media sosial (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, Telegram) **Tahu asas Shopee/Lazada & e-commerce (kelebihan)**Pengurusan & Laporan **Boleh buat laporan jualan harian, mingguan & bulanan**
Pandai susun jadual mesyuarat & sediakan minit mesyuarat
**Mahir urus dokumen rasmi (surat, memo, invois, bil)**
Komunikasi & Koordinasi
**Boleh berhubung dengan staf HQ & cawangan**Tahu cara follow-up supplier & pelanggan **Pandai bercakap, berkeyakinan & sopan**

5. Skop Tugas Utama
1. Pengurusan Jadual & Mesyuarat **Susun jadual harian & remind Pengarah**Sediakan minit mesyuarat & follow-up action
2. Pentadbiran & HR **Urus cuti staf, surat rasmi & memo dalaman**Pantau attendance staf HQ
3. Laporan & Kewangan Ringkas **Kumpul & ringkaskan laporan jualan harian dari semua cawangan**Rekod petty cash, invois & bayaran supplier
4. Marketing & Media Sosial **Pastikan posting harian jalan ikut jadual**Collect gambar/video dari staf cawangan untuk content **Bantu sediakan caption/content asas**
**5. Pemantauan Operasi**Check status stok & masalah cawangan setiap hari **Jadi orang tengah antara Pengarah & staf/supplier 6. Sokongan Peribadi Pengarah**Urus perjalanan (flight, hotel, transport) **Ingatkan hal penting (contoh: zakat, renew lesen, insurans)**
**6. Gaji & Faedah**Fresh graduate: RM2,000 - RM2,200 **Ada pengalaman: RM2,500 - RM3,000**Elaun tambahan (OT / outstation) **Peluang kenaikan gaji selepas 3 bulan (bergantung prestasi)**
**Senarai Tugas PA**
**1. Pengurusan Jadual & Mesyuarat**Susun jadual harian/ mingguan awak (meeting dengan staf, supplier, pelanggan, banker). **Ingatkan awak tentang appointment penting.**Sediakan minit mesyuarat & follow-up action selepas meeting.
2. Komunikasi & Surat-Menyurat **Uruskan emel rasmi syarikat (reply, susun ikut keutamaan).**Jawab mesej/ call penting (WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger) supaya awak tak terlepas info. **Jadi penghubung antara awak dengan staf HQ & cawangan.**
**3. Pemasaran & Media Sosial**Semak & pastikan semua posting marketing (FB, IG, TikTok, WhatsApp Status) ikut jadual. **Collect gambar/video dari staf cawangan untuk content.**Sediakan report engagement & cadangkan idea marketing baru.
4. Operasi & Pemantauan Cawangan **Pantau laporan jualan harian (dari HQ & setiap cawangan).**Pastikan stok/ barang cukup - alert awak awal kalau ada shortage. **Susun laporan masalah cawangan (contoh: staf, stok rosak, mesin rosak).**
**5. Kewangan & Pentadbiran**Kumpul & semak laporan jualan harian, mingguan, bulanan. **Pantau bayaran supplier, sewa, bil utiliti.**Alert awak kalau ada tunggakan. **Simpan rekod kewangan kecil (petty cash).**
**6. Sumber Manusia (HR)**Urus jadual kerja staf HQ. **Tolong sediakan surat (contoh: surat tawaran kerja, kenaikan gaji, memo staf).**Pantau cuti, MC, dan disiplin staf.
7. Peribadi / Sokongan Awak **Bantu uruskan perjalanan awak (flight, hotel, transport).**Ingatkan hal peribadi penting (contoh: zakat, renew lesen, bayar insurans). **Jadi orang yang sentiasa “backup” bila awak sibuk.**
