Exec - Personal Financial Services Credit (Credit Administration - Auto Loan)

**Functional (job responsibilities)**
- Responsible to pre-vet Hire Purchase, Floor Stock & Dealer Empanelment documents and perform loan disbursement within the agreed SLA;
- Perform data maintenance, handle security documents and returned mail management;
- Responsible to handle Lodgment and Discharge of E-Hakmilik functions;
- To perform checking i.e. CCRIS, RAMCI, CTOS and etc.;
- Monitoring GL, ETCM CPS payments, FBR / FBT and SI tagging;
- Handles and prepare daily / weekly / monthly management reporting and ad-hoc reporting as and when arises;
- To ensure HP Agreements are delivered to customer and stamped in accordance to HP Act and Stamping Act;
- To comply and ensure strict compliance to policies and procedures set by the Bank;
- Handle any departmental projects or duty assigned by Line Manager from time to time;
- To meet department's goals / KRAs set by the management.

**Education/Qualification**
- Preferably degree in Finance, Banking and / or Accounting.

**Experience / Special Skills**
- Basic credit and financial knowledge
