QAQC Executive

Job Description:
1. To plan in-coming, in process and final inspections of products.

2. To ensure inspection activities are carried out as per quality inspection plans.

3. Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

4. To liaise with Production and resolve quality related discrepancies for products.

5. Coordinate all QAQC activities with the top management.

6. Coordinate all quality related correspondence with customers representatives.

7. To ensure quality feedback and complaint received from customers are rectified on-time.

8. Monitoring and reviewing on UN Certificate for all types of drums.

9. Ensure that the QMS processes are implemented and maintained.

10. Oversee workers including supervisors, inspectors, operators and assign daily duties for them.

11. Internal/ external calibration monitoring.

12. Monthly reject report preparation/ monitoring.

13. COA checking, template preparation and settle any unfinish documentation.

14. Conduct regular random check to ensure the job arrangement and QAQC operators are is aligned with QAQC policy.

15. Prepare and investigate quality issue within internal and external.

16. Prepare work instructions related to QAQC inspection quality & daily COA.

17. Monthly reject report preparation/ monitoring.

18. Other responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

Qualification & Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma or Degree or equivalent.

2. Minimum 2 years of working experience.

3. Experience in ISO, document control & documentation.

Working Days/Hour:
Tuesday - Saturday (8.30 am - 6.30 pm)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
