Account & Admin Assistant

v Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies in suppliers’ invoices
v Need to prepare PO, Payment Voucher & supporting vouchers
v Create and update expense reports & enter transactions into account software
v Participate in quarterly and annual audits
v Communicating with vendors to better understand financial needs and report that information to the accountant
v Recording and processing all financial and accounting practices
v Working closely with accounting or financial professional to manage client’s records
v Maintaining bookkeeping and office accounting needs
v Examining expenses submitted by employees
v Gather documents for FDA such as suppliers’ invoices, authority documents & etc
v To assist register new vendors in company system
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
