**The Supervisor**is to manage a team of operations and admin staff and processes to ensure that the station/branch operates efficiently and effectively in the areas of pick-up and delivery, sorting and processing of consignments as well as general administration of the station/branch

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure shipment information is accurately recorded in the system.
- Conduct inbound and outbound scans for shipments.
- Assist the delivery team in scanning loadsheets before dispatch.
- Verify the quantity and condition of parcels before they leave the station.
- Collaborate with the Linehaul driver on delivery and pickup statuses.
- Handle pickup arrangements and monitor delivery updates in the system.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations administration (an added advantage).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong multitasking and communication skills across functions and levels.

**Technical Skills**:

- Microsoft Excel

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
