Lead and manage the product development team, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship.
- Drive innovation by identifying market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to develop new and exciting health food products.
- Develop and execute product development strategies, ensuring alignment with Company goals and market demands.
- Oversee in-house R&D activities, including formulation, prototyping, testing, and optimization of new products.
- Collaborate with other brands and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective production of products.
- Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and targets.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure successful product launches and commercialization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma or related field is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the fashion industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of fashion industry market trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to think strategically, drive results, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in expanding product lines and managing relationships with otherbrands and suppliers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
