**Job purpose**:

- The Product Development - Executive will be responsible for managing the full cycle of Product Development activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute all product development activities.
- Ensure all the new product developments are recorded in the master list and updated from time to time.
- Ensure the product development plan is carried out by production and monitor the delivery date.
- Ensure the final product are same as per the new product development requested. Arrange for measurement and labeling.
- Ensure all completed new development has been submitted to the Costing department for cost calculation and the Account Department for invoicing.
- Manage, monitor, and follow up on the status of approval for all the new developments with the requester.
- Ensure all new development documents are well recorded and new development samples are safe to keep in the PD archive for reference purposes.
- Communicate with the commercial team and design team on new development progress status & the arrangement of the sample by shipment or courier.
- Continual development of organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Perform any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior.
