**Commission based**: RM15,000 ke atas entitled 1.5%
**Working Hours**: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
**Working Days**: Monday - Friday (Flexible)
**Location**: Pt7458(a) jalan bbn 1/1a, Putra Nilai, Negeri Sembilan

**Job Description**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication.
- Provide personalized support, helping customers understand and maximize the benefits of products or programs.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive experience.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels through feedback and surveys.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional or upgraded products to existing customers.
- Add value to customer purchases by emphasizing additional product benefits.
- Handle customer objections effectively to close sales agreements.
- Develop strategies to ensure customer loyalty and engagement with products or programs.
- Create opportunities to engage customers through special events, live sessions, or exclusive campaigns.
- Keep customers informed about new products, courses, and promotions.
- Manage and monitor customer referral programs, encouraging loyal customers to recommend the company to others.
- Work closely with team members to manage and monitor individual and team sales performance, including targets and KPIs.
- Conduct live sessions on TikTok (if required) to engage audiences and promote products or programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the employer from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Advisor: 1 year (preferred)
