**Summary of Principal Job Responsibility**:

- In charge of SGX-ST result announcement & MAS reporting.
- Overall control of all financial transactions and accountancy matters, including audit systems and presentation of annual accounts with recommendations.
- Ensuring that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met.
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors, stakeholders and assess any changes necessary.

**Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the management, preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements for parent and subsidiaries.
- Prepare quarterly financial reports for announcement.
- Report on the actual financial performances against budget and also previous years and explain the variances with facts and figures.
- Responsible for the preparation of annual report and liaise with company secretary and printing house.
- Support Corporate Finance in the preparation of announcements, board papers, forecast and corporate presentations and participate in financing transactions.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and ensure monthly management reports are complete, accurate and submitted on time.
- Ensure that accounting matters comply with statutory requirements and company policies and maintain financial security by following internal controls.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Answer accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
- Good knowledge and experience on performing corporate governance, continuous disclosure, shareholder meetings, substantial shareholders and tracing.
- Report to CFO / Board on financials

**Educational/Professional Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in tax, accounting, or finance
- A Member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants or any of professional accounting bodies recognized in Malaysia

**Work Experience**
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in accounting/finance.
- Experience with financial reporting requirements and consolidation.
- Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
