To ensure occupational safety and health working environment.
- To ensure all M & E equipments are properly functioning and buildings are in good condition.
- To report to Management for any defect detected or repair need to be carried out.
- To perform daily checking and report to Management for rectification if necessary.
- To engage or appoint suitable contractors, service providers and consultants to maintain all the equipment or installations and for provision of services and to ensure their good quality performances.
- To assist the relevant executive in all matters pertaining to incoming and outgoing of Tenants’ and Tenants’ renovation works and to attend to all Tenants’ complaints pertaining to all building matters.
- To perform monthly service maintenance for air-conditioning system.
- To ensure submit monthly records of Electricity and Water of tenants on time.
- To submit all daily, weekly and monthly records to Management on time.
- Maintenance staff shall be on standby within the premises.
- To accept and complete jobs or other assignments instructed by the Management.
- To ensure all complains are being attended and rectify specific time.
