Responsible in creating, updating and managing project course, site schedule, time frames and budget.
- Manage proper paperwork for a project if required and keep proper recording and filing of all projects.
- Responsible in managing and leading sub-contractor team.
- Responsible for site supervision work, site management work, monitoring installation team and work progress.
- Responsible in solving any problems that occurred during the course of project.
- Responsible in communicating with customers during project if required.
- Work closely with design & sales team.
- Report to Project Manager.

**Requirements**:

- At least a diploma in Civil Engineering with experience in Interior Design
- At least a diploma in Civil Engineering with experience in Civil and Construction
- Willing to work overtime and able to work at site office located in Kedah
- Possess a valid driving license (class D)
- Possess skill and knowledge in Auto Cad and Microsoft Project.
- Independent, Confident, Problem Solver, Good Leadership, Responsible, Discipline, Matured, Organized, Good Communication Skills and Excellent Client-Facing Skills.
- Highest integrity a pre-requisite with good interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written).
- Self-driven and result oriented.
- Love brand building with high passion to succeed.
- Strong in managing project and meeting deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill, excellent team player.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
