Involve in preparing and reviewing contracts for construction project. The role will involve managing these changes, evaluating their impact on the contract, and negotiating necessary amendments. - In the event of contract disputes or disagreements, you'll be involved in finding resolutions that are fair and comply with contractual obligations. - Will monitor the performance of contractors, suppliers and other involved parties to ensure they meet the contract requirements and quality standards. - As a contract manager, you will ensure that all contractual documentation is properly maintained, organized and accessible for references and auditing purposes. - Effective communication is essential in this role. You'll be collaborate with various teams, stakeholders and clients to provide updates, address concerns and maintain positive working relationships. - You will also be responsible for monitoring the financial aspects of the contracts, including tracking costs, payments and expenses to ensure adherence to budgets. - You may also be involving in the procurement process, sourcing and evaluating potential subcontractors or suppliers. - Attending site meetings with clients, find out their requirements and to monitor the progress of project. Overall, the Construction Manager is crucial in ensuring that construction projects run smoothly, contractually compliant and meet the desired outcomes within the set timelines and budgets.
