- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, optimizing the provider's time and ensuring that patients receive timely care.
- Manage the front desk area, answer phone calls, address patient inquiries, and provide helpful information regarding appointments, billing, and clinic policies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records, including filing and updating medical information, test results, and treatment notes.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
