Analyze and understand data structures from legacy systems and map them to Life Asia system requirements.

Design, develop, and execute data migration scripts and tools to extract, transform, and load (ETL) policy and customer data.

Develop custom programs and batch jobs in Life Asia to support migration and integration efforts.

Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and functional teams to validate data migration requirements and ensure data integrity.

Conduct data reconciliation, validation, and defect resolution during migration phases.

Support testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and parallel runs.

Provide post-migration support and assist in resolving production issues.

Create and maintain technical documentation for migration processes, mappings, and programs.

**Requirements**:
Strong hands-on experience with Life Asia system (Life/Asia by CSC/DXC).

Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and related mainframe technologies used in Life Asia.

Solid understanding of Life Asia database structures and batch processing framework.

Experience with data migration methodologies and ETL processes.

Good knowledge of insurance domain concepts, especially life insurance policy administration.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.

Ability to work independently and handle complex migration tasks.
