Job Function:

  • Integrate with lead developers and business user to enhance, analyze, integrate and deliver projects based on the timeline given in Life Asia Application system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, integrate and test new changes in Life Asia Application under Enhancement and Product Team.
  • Involved in the Requirement Analysis/New Product launch liaising with Business Analyst and Business Users to obtain clarifications during functional Analysis.
  • Provide insights on changes to improve business process and minimize impact on existing system logic.
  • Develops and implement technical design as per User Requirement Specifications upon analysis of current business processes.
  • Code, test, debug, document, maintain and successfully deployed enhancements to software applications.
  • Development, Testing, Documentation, Support and Implementation of assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate with developers to provide design, solution, and time estimation for application development.
  • Analyze the root cause, evaluate the impact, and provide a solution and recovery plan that includes program fixes and data correction.
  • Provide services for data extraction and query reporting.
  • Support batch processing tasks including daily, monthly, and ad-hoc production job executions.
  • Provide analysis and support for BAU-related incidents, ensuring effective resolution and documentation.
  • Ensure all deliverables adhere to defined standard operating procedures.
  • Any other job related tasks or assignments that may be reasonable assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in developing using AS400
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
