**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Daily Administration:

- Assist in managing the daily administrative tasks and follow up with the cross functional departments for the task closure or complete management approval route. - Support the Enterprise solution team in coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining communication with internal stakeholders.

2. Enterprise Solution Content Management:

- Support Marketing on the update on the marketing deck.

3.Internal & External Communications:

- Assist in solutions evaluation and testing.
- Setup the demonstration if needed in any events.

4. Pre-sales Support:

- To assist the team for the PowerPoint/proposal preparation and coordination.
- To assist site visit management with respective vendors at customer’s site.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Able to work at Cyberjaya
- Aged 30 years and below
- Strong team player, self motivated driven and willing to learn
- Degree in Safety & Health with CGPA of 2.7 and above (must criteria)
- Malaysian Citizen graduates from local or international universities
- Good knowledge of all safety regulations / requirements and industry best practices
- Excellent in both written and verbal (Bahasa/English)
- Good in computer skills eg; MS Office
