Responsible for preparation of food from raw materials, to pre-cooked items, and final products.
Responsible for inventory counting and kitchen operation.
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen environment, cookware, and utensils.
Ensure all SOP is executed.
Assist leader in the fulfillment of his or her duties in order to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.
Set up stations and prepare mise en place as instructed.
Reporting of maintenance issues to related personnel.
Be responsible for the ordering of all fresh produce and dry goods for kitchen use.
Responsible for guiding other crew to ensure smooth operation.
Assist in maintaining and improving upon budgeted food cost.
Maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues and all other departments.
**Experiences & Qualification**:
- Possess SPM or equivalent F&B Certification
- At least 1 years of working experience as Commis / equivalent in F&B industry
- Internal promotion is applicable.
- Able to teach and guide new staff.
