**JOB RESPONSIBILTIES**

**Digital Marketing Strategy**:
**Content Creation & Strategy**:Collaborate with marketing teams to produce conversion-focused content aligned with brand voice and customer needs.
**Manage E-commerce Platform**: Optimize e-commerce experience through data analysis, A/B testing, and improving product listings, promotions, and user journeys to boost traffic and conversion rates.
**Campaign Management**: Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs. Analyze and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI.
**SEO & SEM Management**:Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search advertising (SEM) to increase traffic and sales.
**Event Execution**: Participate and assist in marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions for booth design, and promotional materials for events.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
1. Education: Min. Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Bachelor in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Mass Comm, or related field (preferred).
2. Experience: min 3+ years in digital marketing, e-commerce, or online sales, ideally in the construction/heavy machinery or B2B sectors.
3. Skills: Strong SEO/SEM knowledge, familiarity with e-commerce platforms and Google Analytics, basic design tool experience (Photoshop, Canva), and basic understanding of inventory management and order fulfilment.
4. Attributes: Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, project management skills, and a customer centric approach. Proven portfolio in digital marketing/e-commerce.
5. Other: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, possess own transport, and willing to travel.

6. Willing to work at the **HQ located in Puchong (3 mins to One City, USJ).**

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
