We’re passionate about developing our staff and you will be able to grow and develop as a leader. **Requirements**: **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Identify, target and win new business across the global Post, Parcel and Logistics sectors. - Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing. - Develop and execute a robust new business strategy aligned with the company’s global growth objectives. - Maintain a dynamic pipeline of high value prospects using modern tools and techniques. - Build compelling proposals, pitch decks and solution presentations tailored to prospect pain points. - Attend key industry events, trade shows and conferences to generate leads and build visibility. - Collaborate with product and delivery teams to align solutions with market demands and prospect needs. - Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts and reporting to senior leadership. **MUST HAVE** - 5-10+ years of proven success in a senior sales role with a strong emphasis on new business development. - A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field - Deep knowledge of the Post, Parcel and/or broader Logistics industries, with an existing global network a strong plus. - Demonstrable experience of closing high-value, complex B2B deals in international markets. - Highly self-motivated, autonomous and comfortable working in fast-paced, performance driven environments. - Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. - Fluency in English.
