We are looking for a **Business Development Executive** who is **persistent**, **disciplined**, and passionate about sales to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be engaging in **door-to-door sales**, **co-calling with team members**, and developing strong relationships with potential clients. This is a field-oriented role with **1-2 fixed office days per week** (as scheduled by the Director).

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform **door-to-door sales** and direct client outreach
- Join **co-calling sessions** to support team lead generation and closing
- Communicate effectively with clients in **Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia**:

- Handle objections and rejection with professionalism
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Submit reports and manage **claimable expenses** (petrol, toll, parking)

**Requirements**:

- **2-3 years of experience** in business development or sales
- **Mandarin-speaking is required** (spoken and written)
- Background in **field sales**, especially **door-to-door selling**:

- High level of **persistence**, **discipline**, and self-motivation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Must have own transport and be willing to travel
- Able to work independently and handle rejection positively
