**Job Overview**:
To support and execute daily operational activities in freight forwarding and logistics, ensuring compliance with company procedures, timely cargo handling, and consistent service delivery to customers.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Manage import/export operations, local transport, transshipments, and overseas logistics to ensure smooth end-to-end cargo movement and compliance with delivery timelines.
- Assist in dry dock and shipyard logistics coordination to support maritime projects and ensure seamless operational execution on-site.
- Handle both air and sea freight logistics processes to provide flexible logistics solutions tailored to client needs.
- Perform physical cargo handling when required to support warehouse or shipment loading activities and ensure cargo integrity.
- Prepare and process customer billing and invoicing to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Deliver proactive logistics solutions and support to clients to resolve issues efficiently and enhance service reliability.
- Maintain strong customer relations and service quality to drive customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned based on operational needs and supporting continuous workflow improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related operational roles.
- Experience with airfreight, sea freight, and transport coordination is an added advantage.
- Well understanding of logistics and shipping processes (import/export).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking to address operational challenges.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; able to liaise professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
