**Job Type**: Full-Time, Contract, Internship

**Responsibilities**:
2. Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing customers while assisting new customers in making informed purchase decisions. Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert potential leads into paying customers.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to address customer inquiries accurately and confidently. Stay up-to-date with product changes, features, and promotions.

4. Order Processing: Manage customer orders, process transactions, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.

5. Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions. Generate periodic sales reports and present performance metrics to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Knowledge of social media and up to date with new trend.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
