**Key Responsibilities**
- Led the product development of our gaming console on the Unity side of things
- Collaborate with the design and sales team to bring creative visions to life
- Design, develop, and optimize game mechanics, gameplay systems, and interactive features
- Integrate hardware (Oak D, Kinect, custom controllers) into Unity
- Implement gesture-based UI features
- Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure smooth gameplay and fix any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve game development processes
- Work closely with cross-functional and international teams to ensure successful project delivery and milestones

**Qualifications and required skills**
- Proven experience developing games using Unity, with a strong portfolio to showcase your work (3+ years).
- Proficiency in C# programming within Unity.
- Ability to integrate hardware controllers with Unity games.
- Familiarity with 2D and 3D game development, game physics, and animation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of best practices for game performance optimization.
- Passion for gaming and a desire to create memorable player experiences.
- Ability to work independently
- Strong goal focus
