6.0 QUALITY INSPECTOR, QUALITY CONTROL ( IN COMING )

6.1 Report duty to QC SECTION HEAD and QC Technical Executive

6.2 To initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity related to product, process

and quality system.

6.3 Attend morning briefing and briefing daily report for quality status

6.4 Must comply Standard uniform and Safety equipment for all activities

6.5 To carry out incoming inspection for all child part & raw material from supplier.

6.6 Must get related document from supplier ( material mill cert, outgoing checksheet,

testing report or other document with special monitoring ( requested))

6.7 Can hold part for incoming for any contribution of quality part or uncomplete

document submission for part.

6.8 To assist QC Executive in issuing incoming good defective report to vendor for all

non-conforming defect during incoming inspection.

6.9 To monitor all sorting and/or rework activity done by vendor at our company.

6.10 To assist or QC Executive during discussion with supplier

6.11 To issuing sorting report for sorting activities by supplier.

6.12 To work with PPC on any improvement activity.

6.13 To call supplier for discussion on quality nonconformance.

6.14 To prepare monthly PPM rejection from supplier.

6.15 To follow daily instruction given by superior.

7.0 QUALITY INSPECTOR, QUALITY CONTROL ( IN PROCESS )

7.1 Report duty to QC SECTION HEAD and QC Technical Executive

7.2 To initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity related to product, process

and quality system.

7.3 Attend morning briefing and briefing daily report for quality status

7.4 Must comply Standard uniform and Safety equipment for all activities

7.5 Monitoring of any quality matters during production activities.

7.6 To carry out inprocess inspection for section which assign by QC Executive / TA to meet company

set quality system requirement. Different plant will be different Process or section.

( Stamping, Injection Moulding, Tubing, Body Assy, Welding, Tube rack & etc )

7.7 To ensure all related S.O.P, sample, reject box and parameter are available at mcn during production.

7.8 To carry out first piece set up during initial product run for confirmation of quality.

7.9 Issuing Yellow card to person for contribution of defect occurance, not follow SOP

and abnormalities process ( Supervisor ,technician, leader,opperator )

7.10 To liaise with Prod Supervisor for defect detected during process and come out with countermeasure.

7.11 To assist and monitor the method checking, trimming or rework by Production Inspector.

7.12 To Assist for issuing corrective action report ( C.A.R ) to process line for abnormalities finding

To assist QAQC Supervisor in issuing Tiket Barang Rosak (TBR) for rejection.

7.13 To collect all daily rejection part, record and return to quarantine area

7.14 Support supervisor for scrap defected part at authorized bin

7.15 Menyediakan laporan mingguan terhadap KPI QAQC dan aktiviti mingguan.

7.16 Merekodkan kerja rework yang dilakukan oleh pekerja QA/QC di tempat customer.

7.17 To follow daily instruction given from superior.

8.0 QUALITY INSPECTOR, QUALITY CONTROL ( ASSEMBLY )

8.1 Report duty to QC SECTION HEAD and QC Technical Executive

8.2 To initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity related to product, process

and quality system.

8.3 Attend morning briefing and briefing daily report for quality status

8.4 Must comply Standard uniform and Safety equipment for all activities

8.5 Monitoring of any quality matters during production activities.

8.6 To carry out inprocess inspection for assembly according company set quality system requirement.

8.7 To ensure all related S.O.P, sample, reject box and parameter are available at mcn during production.

8.8 To carry out first piece set up during initial product run for confirmation of quality.

8.9 Issuing Yellow card to person for contribution of defect occurance, not follow SOP

and abnormalities process ( Supervisor ,technician, leader,operator )
