Dc Executive

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage the processing of all outbound orders, ensuring they are processed in the warehouse system and prepared for dispatch in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with pickers to ensure efficient picking, packing, and preparation of orders according to delivery schedules.
- Liaise with the logistics team, including transporters and in-house drivers, to ensure the smooth handover of goods for scheduled deliveries.
- Monitor and track the progress of open orders, ensuring they are completed and dispatched within specified timeframes.
- Manage the processing of inbound deliveries, ensuring Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) are accurately recorded in the system.
- Work with pickers and warehouse staff to verify the quantity, quality, and batch numbers of received goods, ensuring they match the system records.
- Collaborate with the procurement department to resolve any discrepancies or issues with inbound shipments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for identifying and resolving stock discrepancies, including issues related to batch number or quantity mismatches between physical stock and system data.
- Immediately escalate and coordinate with the DC Supervisor cum System Administrator to troubleshoot and update the system to reflect accurate stock levels.
- Ensure that any unfulfilled orders due to stock shortages or discrepancies are promptly communicated to relevant teams for resolution.
- Supervise and manage the team of pickers, providing direction and support to ensure efficient order processing and adherence to warehouse procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to pickers to improve productivity and accuracy.
- Liaise with external transporters and in-house drivers to schedule timely pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring alignment with the warehouse's outbound schedule.
- Resolve any logístical issues or delays in coordination with the logistics team, ensuring that delivery deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records of order processing, GRNs, and any stock discrepancies, ensuring data is accurately updated in the warehouse system.
- Generate reports on outbound and inbound operations for review by the DC Supervisor cum System Administrator and other relevant stakeholders.

**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENT**:

- Possess at least a Diploma qualification with 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Knowledge and experience in handling pharmaceutical product is a plus.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse management software is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
- Based in Teraju Pharma's Warehouse at Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
