**Position: Site supervisor**

**Location: Permatang Pauh**

**Working Hours**:

- **Monday to Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM**
- **Saturday: Rotational basis (8AM to 5PM)**

**Responsibilities**
- **Oversee and coordinate daily activities with Structural, Architectural and M&E teams**
- **Manage defect rectification processes and conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections**
- **Liaise with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely project execution and adherence to quality standards.**

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in construction or project coordination**
- **Strong communication and organizational skills**
- **Ability to work independently and proactively resolve site-related issues**
- **Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for architectural accuracy and defect detection**

**Salary Range**
- **RM3,000 to RM4,700(commensurate with experience and qualifications)**

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,700.00 per month
