**Job Overview**:
- Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes and quality expectations.
- Ensure food is presented and garnished properly and consistently.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and equipment.
- Follow FIFO method and proper food storage and labeling procedures.
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen inventory.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Support fellow team members and coordinate during peak hours.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Report any equipment malfunction or low stock to supervisor promptly.
- To take up any other duty from time to time, by the management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment (preferably café or casual dining).
- Basic culinary certification or equivalent on-the-job training.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP knowledge is an advantage).
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- The ability to work in a team.
- Able to work in a busy restaurant environment.
- Able to read and write.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 32 - 45 per week
