**WAREHOUSE STANDARD ALLOWANCES**:

- Attendance Allowances : RM300/month (with t&c)
- Transport Allowances : RM5/day
- Night Shift Allowances : RM10/day

**WORKING SHIFT REQUIREMENT**:
New joiners will start with normal working hours**:8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)**. After the initial period, you will be assigned to one of the following shifts, depending on the sub-department you are placed in (shift assignment is not selectable):
**1. Shift 4-2 (4 working days, 2 off days)**:

- Hours: 7.00am - 7.00pm / 7.00pm - 7.00am
- Includes 2 hours automatic overtime (OT)
- Off days are not fixed and may fall on weekdays or weekends.

**2. Shift 5-2 (5 working days, 2 off days)**:

- Hours: 7.00am - 7.00pm / 7.00pm - 7.00am
- Includes 2 hours automatic OT

**3. Shift 4-3, 3-4 (Alternating weekly pattern)**:

- Week 1: 4 working days, 3 off days
- Week 2: 3 working days, 4 off days
- Hours: 7.00am - 7.00pm / 7.00pm - 7.00am
- No OT included

Please take note that shift assignment is based on operational needs and may change accordingly.

**RESPONDIBILITIES**:

- To lead operation teams, staffs, execute daily warehouse operation, submit report, meet warehouse KPIs, maintain 5S at all time, ensure compliance of SOP,WI Procedures, address people and operation issues and provide solution with minimum supervision, enforce safety and security compliance and maintain work quality & self
- discipline.

**DUTIES**:

- To carry out 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) practices within PKT Group of Companies.
- To walk warehouse, ensure regular housekeeping, remove disposal items and keep warehouse clean.
- To read and understand warehouse procedures, train warehouse staff, ensure compliance and update warehouse procedures whenever changes in warehouse processes.
- To attend to issues, find root cause, provide solution and resolve within reasonable time.
- Conduct audit observation to assist in the improvement of procedures and practices related to warehouse operation. Work with operation staff, find possible improvement and implement.
- Coordinate with operation staff, compile data and submit reports on timely manner.
- To ensure a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval.
- To conduct regular meeting with operation team, encourage two way communication, review operation matters, share thoughts, resolve issues if any, motivate and maintain harmonious working environment.
- To follow up customer’s urgent orders or inquires, communicate with operation team and ensure to fulfill.
- Achieve warehouse objectives and KPI as set by customer and management.
- To perform other duties mandated by Superior.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
