**Full job description**
**Job Scope**:
- Oversees all operations from development, production, right up to delivery.
- Coordinate and implement all operations within an event or exhibition, including, but not limited to: staff, food, beverage, AV / tech support, structure set up, decor and payment
- Contact point for all clientele; ensured host of event was pleased whilst building strong communication ties and excellent rapport.
- Liaise with different departments to guarantee successful events; such as marketing, sales team, suppliers
- Prepare event-specific checklists and worksheets detailing items needed for specific event pack out.
- Travel to offsite events to provide event support and delivery of crucial event
**Job Requirement**:
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience handling booth, kiosks and Pop-up store
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to lead an event and direct clients decision making
- Possess Own Transport
- Fresh graduated welcome to apply
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
