We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Store Assistant to support daily operations. You’ll help customers, process sales, manage merchandise, and keep the store tidy.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Service**
- Greet and assist customers
- Answer product inquiries and help locate items
- Handle complaints professionally

**Sales Support**
- Process transactions via POS system
- Stay updated on promotions
- Upsell/cross-sell products
- Assist with printing product designs

**Merchandising & Store Maintenance**
- Maintain clean, organized displays
- Restock shelves and assist with inventory
- Set up promotional signage
- Help with deliveries and general cleaning

**Teamwork**
- Collaborate with team to meet sales goals
- Support team during busy hours

**Requirements**:

- No experience required
- Able to work weekdays, weekends & public holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bahasa required
