**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**
- Roll out Brand VM Standards Training to store teams.
- Plan and execute ad-hoc projects/events, think out of the box ideas and always check for consistencies on all customer facing graphics.
- Provide support to the team members and create a positive working environment.

**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Uphold and Maintain VM Standards of the Stores**_
- Through merchandising, create a retail environment that represents the brand using approaches to flex especially during product sell down period.
- Develop actionable merchandise presentations to maximize sales opportunities by directing innovative merchandising techniques that portrays brand fashion direction.
- Implement the brand's visual merchandising directives throughout the store; such directives may require some creativity in moulding them into being consistent with the particular store goals and with great attention to detail.
- Train the store team about store concepts, visual display standards, and the proper maintenance of the overall visual display effort.
- Ensure all stores have necessary VM elements for all product display and take charge of inventory management and orders.
- Prepare for promotional events/ monthly launches which could include contributing ideas for the whole set-up and dismantle displays at the end of promotional period.
- Follow up on all VM related administrative work such as raising PORFs and submission of invoices, reporting monthly expenses etc.
- Establish good relationships with printers, contractors and business partners involved in the development of a project.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- **Other hands-on job scope**_
- VM touch base with store VM Ambassadors / Brand Managers / Ops Manager Topics: VM standard, New store Opening, Review Brand Guide, Seasonal launch or any VM related issues.
- Ad-hoc projects - Assisting marketing/operation team on sourcing printing material, negotiation with supplier for cost saving exercise, partner with ops team on store tiering exercise to save printing and VM props ordering.
- Daily Review, Spot and Correct photo upload via mobile for all markets.
- Support seasonal launch mapping.
- Work cross functionally with project/ merchant/ allocator/ marketing on all NSO -signage usage/ display guidelines/ checking all photos prior submitting the opening deck.
- check the effectiveness of VM display in the store.
- Job may support other store if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,155.00 - RM3,900.00 per month
