**About the Role**

We're looking for a hands-on, service-driven Supervisor to lead daily operations at our yakitori and beer-focused izakaya. You'll manage staff, ensure excellent service, and keep things running smoothly — from grill to draft taps.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee floor service, yakitori grill flow, and beer bar.
- Lead and train FOH & BOH staff; manage schedules.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Handle stock, orders, and basic reporting.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years in a supervisor/lead role (F&B or hospitality).
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Japanese food/beverage preferred.
- Willing to work nights and weekends.
