Position: Site Supervisor / Senior Site Supervisor

Salary: RM1800-RM4500 (depending on experience)

Position: Assistant Site Manager

Salary: RM4000-RM5500 (depending on experience)

Location: Johor

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and supervise all construction activities on-site.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and timely progression of the work
  • Identify and resolve construction challenges.
  • Maintain detailed records of site activities and progress.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
  • Mentor junior supervisors and construction workers.

Qualifications:

  • Asst Manager - Minimum 3 years' experience in construction supervision.
  • Site Supervisor - Experienced in architectural & structural housing projects or in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in reading architectural and structural drawings.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
